Rates for self catering accommodation in Windhoek at iKON Apartments. All rates include 15% VAT.

Monthly: 1 bedroom apartment for 1 person N$ 22500.00 and N$ 24000.00 for 2 persons sharing

All accommodation payments to be paid in full prior to check-in

• 24- hr manned security
• once a week full cleaning plus fresh linen and towels
• Electricity to the value of N$ 500.00

Any additional laundry can be done by our housekeeping staff at our own laundry and will be charged at N$ 250.00 (cash) per bundle for washing, drying and ironing- to be paid at the office beforehand.

All apartments also have the use of the small garden area on the 1st floor next to the reception.

NOT SUITABLE for children from 1 to 13 years of age.

Festus can assist with luggage or any maintenance issues you may have.

Elsie and Johanna - our House-keeping ladies, available Monday to Fridays between 08h00 and 16h30 for anything laundry or cleaning related.

Domingo – Security guard, available 07h00 to 19h00 Monday to Friday- for check-in assistance, access control/ key card issues and emergencies.
